Film Question:

In recent years, the Lion Fish, which is native to sections of the Indian and Pacific Oceans, has disrupted the ecosystem of the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. Now, the Lion Fish has become a predator to other smaller native fish of the Caribbean, and has destroyed the great coral reefs of the Atlantic Ocean. What was the filmmaker trying to say with his Neo-Noir Short Animated Film?

  1. I think this film is meaningless and stupid. I think that them not speaking makes it even harder to understand! The fact that he keeps demanding for stuff makes absolutely no sense. I don't understand this film and i highly doubt that anyone else can!

  2. The person how was making the film was saying something about the film and the recent events. He was sating that the recent boss fish was in charge before he came in and took over the place. Then he started to ask for a lot of things. One of the recent events was that a person let lion fish out in the ocean and cause of that they been destroying the ecosystem. So he was showing what the lion fish was doing so in the end i give this video 5 out of 10 golden claws.

  3. I think that the filmmaker was showing how the lion fish was destroying the ecosystem in the caribbean. He did that by showing how the gangster lion fish killed one of the smaller native fish. He showed it sort of gang related like if the lion fish was in another gangs territory and was killing the other gangs gang members.

  4. I think that the filmmaker was trying to say that Lion fish are starting to kill a lot of other fish and that who ever let out the Lion fish in the Caribbean was wrong because now that their out it can kill people as well. It can kill people because of the poison that they have inside them. Its causing a really big issue.

  5. i think the film maker was trying to say that someone let out the lion fish and that the lion fish, aren't even native to the Caribbean, so the lion fish are poisoning the other fish when they bite them This is an issue because someone can eat a poison fish and get infected.

  8. I understand the film now! The Lion fish in this animated video is the boss of everything. He's taking over the sea. Everything he wants he gets. I think that's what the Director is trying to say in this Film. But I do like the bubble affects and how he used it instead of fire. Also how the blood looked like when he ripped thew claw of the lobster.

  9. I really didn't understand this film. It really confused me a lot. I think the writer is trying to show is that the lionfish is trying to take over the sea and controlling the other fish

  10. When I first watched this film, it was confusing. But then my friends explained to me a little more about the main idea of this film so I watched some parts of the film again and got a better understanding of it. Although I had a better understanding to it the second time, this film still didn't catch my attention. If it was a little confusing at first, others might have though the same also. I think this film would've been better if it wasn't as confusing. My rate for this film out of 5 stars is 3.

  11. I did not understand what was going on in this film.I did enjoy the fact that they stared my personal favorite fish (the lion fish). It was very confusing what the story was mainly about.IM still wondering what the lion fish was eating and why the lobster was serving him.Instead of all that,I enjoyed the stop motion film and my rating would be at least a 3. ( el delirio del pez leon).

  12. i think the main idea of the film is that the lion fish expects to be like a king. all the other fishes are his group because the video made me think of mafia. when the crab got the lion fish food and drinks made the fish look like the captin or leader to the other fishes.

  13. This fim was very good cause this film the sounds and the black and white comes together. The only thing I really don't get is why the lion fish is so greedy and so mean to take the poor lobster arm off. I also like how they made the lion fish look like a human kinda and how it look when the lion fish was in haven when drinking the champagne. The looks on the lion fish face was funny cause they were so frighten when they heard the door pounding.

  14. Hey!!!! Im Tasha Moore and I am reviewing the film El delirio del pez león. This film was not as interesting as I thought it would be but it happens to every film critic. Anyway people are saying "What was the filmmaker trying to say with his Neo-Noir Short Animated Film?" I believe that the film maker was trying to say that even though you think your the boss of everything there is always something bigger and better so when that person comes back for revenge don't run away. RATE 2/5

  15. Hello, Im Cesa :), I am a film critic and I will be going to criticize the film "El delirio del pez leon" . Well, to start off the film was okay. Although, it was confusing to figure out! I would recommend the director to make the film more predictable next time, the effects and slow motion was great!. Honestly, I'm not sure what the film maker was trying to say with his Neo-Noir Short Animated Film. But I think he's trying to put a message out there, "be responsible and careful for what you do, because there are going to be consequences" . I loved the way the film maker made everything look so real, and the way everything looks under sea was beautiful.
    I rate this film a 2/4.

  16. Yo wats gud dis Ivan aka (i beezly) and i am reviewing El dlirio del pez leon. This film was okay it was kind of dumb but i like the weirdness and mystery of it. What I think the filmmaker was trying to say was that the lion fish was changing the enviorment and my fav part is when the fish killed the other one. Igive this film a 2/5.

  18. i think this film was pretty good. I thought this film was about a lion fish who was the Mafia leader, but the film's actually about the lion fish's prey suffering from the lion fish's presense. Despite the awesome slow-motion, and the plot, this film could be better. I'd give this movie a 4 out of 5.

  20. I think this film wasn't very good. I mean like the characters who were created for the film were absolutely amazing and so was the music. But the lighting was horrible. I also did not understand the main idea of the film at first but then I got the real moral of it. I would rate this film 3 out of 5.
